Tips of training in the hot summer
炎夏訓練小貼士😘

Hong Kong weather is hot and humid.
Please make sure to drink enough water (with electrolyte) to replenish what you lose during the day. Using sweat rate (weight yourself before and after exercise) can help you to have an ideal idea how much fluid you need to drink throughout the day. For example: if you lose 1kg of body weight, you need to drink 1.5L fluid.

鑑於香港天氣又熱又潮濕🌞每天確保喝足夠水(同電解質飲品)補充流失水份😉簡單計算每天流汗量(在運動前或運動後磅重)可以讓大家知道需要每天補充幾多水份😉例如你的體重下降1公斤,那就要補充1.5公升水份🍹
